Judge Neil McGill Gorsuch was confirmed on April 7, 2017 for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, filling a 14-month vacancy. Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch will be 50 years old on August 29th of this year. I estimate he will serve on the Supreme Court until 2050, or until he is 82 years of age.
