Executive Orders Run Amuck
If anybody knows about anything about “mucking” things up, it is your faithful servant and muckster. I have heard my name pronounced in more flavors than anyone could image. I’ve made it my calling in life to “muck it up” for the politicians and the media. Actually, they are mucking up America, I’m just attempting to keep the readers current with their mucking efforts.
How’s this for a mucking nightmare? The Obama Administration has overseen more than 21,000 new federal regulations since 2009. New rules and regulations have hit an unprecedented high under President Obama, whose administration’s rules have filled 468,500 pages in the Federal Register. There are another 2,375 new rules on American businesses without first giving Congress an up or down vote.
Here is a good example. The Obama Administration is changing the wording of the U.S. Citizenship Oath to exempt people from combat, and non-combat services, in support of the United States if, a person can demonstrate opposition to the clause,
… based on religious training and belief or deeply held moral or ethical code.
The United States is currently at war with extreme jihadist Muslims throughout the world. They use Sharia Law as a reason to slaughter hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women, and children who do not share their fascist beliefs.
Another change to the Oath of Allegiance by this administration is the “Waiver of the Oath.” The waver states that the oath may be waived if,
“ Evaluation by medical professional stating inability to understand (or communicate) the meaning of the oath due to a medical condition.”
If a Muslim can claim that they must follow Sariah Law or can find someone to say they do not understand what an oath is, Barack Obama’s Administration feels they will not have to serve in a combat or non-combat position on behalf of the United States. They will not even be required to pledge allegiance. Radicalized Muslims within the United States can now celebrate at this news.
Can you?
To put this all into perspective. All of Shakespeare’s works total about 2,000 pages, or 900,000 words. Does anyone really believe someone can read and retain more than 468,500 pages of mucked up material? If you do, stop reading right now!
Shakespeare was a better writer than all of the government bureaucrats combined. How’s that for putting a mucking blemish on federal government rules and regulations?
The Federal Register ended up printing 79,066 pages in 2015. (Only 78,978 when blank pages are removed. Wow. 88 blank pages.) The question is this: do the American people need to be regulated to this extent? No! Does small business require this much regulation? No!
The backbone of the country’s broken. Small business is the backbone of the republic. They know how to do stuff right. The federal government does not know how to do stuff right. Why would any clear thinking American think that a government bureaucrat, with no business experience, has the qualifications to write rules and regulations governing commerce. “Hey federal government! We were doing just fine before you started mucking up our workplaces.”
Get out! And stay out! We are free people and we can take care of ourselves without your help. Thank you.
Finally, an author who brings you solutions, instead of problems.
Americans have lost faith in their overreaching federal government. “We the People” don’t need to be overregulated or have their taxes misspent. Americans are victims of a crumbling economy, high prices and stagnant wages. They view government as bloated and politicians as corrupt. They do not trust the leadership at any level. They see politicians of both parties as self-centered narcissists whose only objective is re-election. The author is like you, with one principal difference and 20 reasons for optimism. His “Vision” of America is “clear.” It is a vision of the Constitution and America the way it could be, the way it should be. The author’s eyesight is twenty-twenty.
