Americans don’t listen to warnings because we are conditioned to believe there is always a happy ending. That is the way our movies end, and we all know the movies are factual and truthful. No fantasy there. Everything always turns out okay. We are indestructible. We always win. We cannot be defeated. “What Me Worry,” I’ve got the weekend to think about.

Americans who work can’t be bothered. They are trying to figure out a way to make the minimum payment on the credit card statement. Americans who don’t work are waiting for the next government benefit. Why worry about this silly freedom stuff the Muckster keeps writing about? What does he know?

In 609 AD, or 609 C.E., if you prefer, Syria and Egypt were the centers of Christianity. The entire eastern world from Persia to the Mediterranean practiced the Way, or Christianity. Many Christians lived in Jerusalem. There was not a Muslim anywhere to be found. Twenty-three years later, in 632 AD, Islam gradually became a force in the Mid-East region. By the year 750 AD, some 120 years later, Islam had claimed the entire region from Persia to Iberia, including North Africa. What happened to the Christians? Answer, they were killed or converted.

What a good question. The entire world is either trying to figure this out or could care less. Most Americans fall into the latter category, unfortunately to their eventual peril, or their children’s peril.

Islam is a monotheistic religion which literally means "surrender" or "submission" to Allah. It was founded on the teachings of Muhammad as an expression of surrender to the will of Allah. Muslims have a range of views on Christianity, from viewing Christians to be fellow possessors of monotheistic scriptures to regarding them as heretics.

Christian views on Islam are diverse and range from considering Islam a fellow Abrahamic religion worshipping the same God, to believing Islam to be heresy or an unrelated cult. There is not enough room in this article to explore this further. Suffice it to say, go to Google and see for yourself.

And don’t buy into the convenient deception that shariah is compatible with our American Constitution. Muslim do not honor Shariah and other laws. Never have, never will. That was the purpose of the conquest of the Christian world in 632 AD.

Political Islam is not about religious tolerance, the equality of men and women, the tolerance of different sexual orientations, the ban on cruel and unusual punishment and other fundamental human rights. It is not about anything American.

Islamism is the ideology that drives political Islam and “dawah” refers to activities carried out by Islamists to spread Islam, to win adherents and then enlist them in a campaign to impose shariah on all societies. Dawah is not the Islamic equivalent of religious proselytizing, although they disguise it as such by blending humanitarian activities with subversive political activities. The ultimate goal of dawah is to destroy the political institutions of free societies and replace them with strict shariah. Islamists rely on both violent and nonviolent means to achieve their objectives.
