Immigrants who are admitted into America legally go through the 10-step Naturalization Process. I detailed this process in Chapter 13 of “20/20: A Clear Vision for America” as I believe a person who wants to become an American citizen the right way will respect our Constitution, our country, its laws and our culture. Those who break the law to sneak into the country will not have that same respect, nor will they embrace and value our people and our safety.

Thus, we have incidents such as the two illegal immigrants charged with the rape of a 14-year-old Maryland high school student on March 16, 2017. According to investigators, 18-year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian from Guatemala and 17-year-old Jose Montano from El Salvador, who entered the U.S. illegally, are 9th graders at Rockville High School in Rockville, Maryland forced a 14-year-old girl into a boy’s bathroom after she refused to have sex with them. There, investigators say the men raped the teenage girl repeatedly. Press 2 for Rape.

Henry Sanchez-Milian was detained by the Obama administration at a border crossing near McAllen, Texas, last August and later released. Not much is known about Montano. ICE wouldn’t comment about his immigration status due to privacy protection laws for minors. Authorities have charged the duo with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense. Montano is being charged as an adult.

Henry Sanchez-Milian was detained at a refugee resettlement center for 12 days because he was a minor. He was released and given notice to appear in immigration court, but a date wasn’t set because he wasn’t a priority case. He never showed up in court.

Under an Obama-era policy known as “catch and release,” immigrants fleeing the violent drug wars in Mexico and Central America could apply for refugee status once they were detained at the border. The immigrant would then be assigned a court date so their refugee request could be heard by a judge. But instead of detaining the immigrant until the court date, Obama’s policy allowed the immigrant to be released.

Why in the world were these two enrolled in the ninth-grade, or in any US school for that manner? Obama used taxpayer dollars to set up this monstrous act.

Sanchez-Milian’s scumsucker lawyer contends he was fleeing gang violence in his home country of Guatemala when he was detained. The scumsucker contends that a rape didn’t occur and that the sexual encounter was “consensual.” The State of Maryland official webpage states the following:

The Maryland Age of Consent is 16 years old. In the United States, the age of consent is the minimum age at which an individual is considered legally old enough to consent to participation in sexual activity. Individuals aged 15 or younger in Maryland are not legally able to consent to sexual activity, and such activity may result in prosecution for statutory rape.

Maryland statutory rape law is violated when a person has consensual sexual intercourse with an individual under age 16. Charges can vary based on the age differences between victim and offender.

Maryland does not have a close-in-age exemption. Close in age exemptions, commonly known as "Romeo and Juliet laws", are put in place to prevent the prosecution of individuals who engage in consensual sexual activity when both participants are significantly close in age to each other, and one or both partners are below the age of consent.

Because there is no such "Romeo and Juliet law" in Maryland, it is possible for two individuals both under the age of 16 who willingly engage in intercourse to both be prosecuted for statutory rape, although this is rare. Similarly, no protections are reserved for sexual relations in which one participant is a 15-year old and the second is a 16 or 17-year old.

The case has sparked national attention not only because of the heinous allegations, but because Sanchez-Milian has an “alien removal case” pending against him.

I, for one, hope and pray that these two animals receive maximum sentences. Unfortunately, they can get off in this “new normal” world of misplaced victimhood and fraudulent sanctuary. If it were up to me, I would just as soon see them both have their balls cut off and left to bleed to death on the courthouse steps to set an example that rape is not okay in America. It is not part of my culture. I don’t have to Press 2 for anything.

Liberals accuse conservatives of waging a “War on Women.” That is a lie. It is a falsehood of epic proportion. It is the liberal way of deflecting their disdain for women. If liberals cared about women, they would denounce this treatment of women especially by illegal aliens. The question is, are we in denial because of our political ideology, or our adoration of our favorite politicians? Can we be honest with ourselves?” Wake up! Think for yourselves! Be “We the People” once more.
